Ponzu is a traditional japanese seasoning rich in umami. Ponzu sauce combines the tangy and prickly aromas of yuzu juice with naturally fermented soy sauce and rice vinegar. Ponzu sauce is used as a seasoning for salads, as a dip sauce for gyozas and tempuras, and in japanese fondues.

VEGAN GYOZAS WITH YUZU PONZU DIPPING SAUCE

Ponzu is a soy sauce-based vinegar dressing, our ponzu contains fresh organic japanese Yuzu citrus juice. Yuzu is a japanese citrus fruit, used in many japanese recipes as a secret ingredient, different from lemon or lime, yuzu has a very unique flavour which blends beautifully with soya sauce. Ponzu is often used for Goyzas dumpling dipping sauce.
Ingredients:
1tbsp Yuzu Ponzu sauce, around 6- 10 pieces Frozen or fresh Gyoza dumplings, 1/4 sliced cabbage (or gems lettuce - optional).
