For orders containing one or more bottles with a capacity greater than 700ml, free shipping does not apply.

The Customer can consult the follow-up of his order to know the progress of the delivery. The Customer is informed by email of the dispatch of the order. This email contains the address of the site on which to follow the status of the delivery of the package as well as the tracking number of the package.
In the event of the absence of the recipient of the order during delivery, the carrier will leave a delivery notice and the Customer or the recipient has a period of fifteen (15) days to recover the package according to the methods indicated on the calling card. Any defect or delay in delivery exceeding ten (10) working days must be reported to our Customer Service as soon as possible. In case of late shipment, an email will be sent to you.
