Sencha green tea with little astringency and silky flavors. Rich in catechin, good for every day.

A green tea from Kagoshima naturally low bitterness and very easy to drink. It could accompany dishes and pastries. Under the influence of sun rays, amino acid contained in the tea leaves is transformed into catechin. The "niban-cha" (二番茶), or summer harvest is very high in catechin because plantations could have the sun from the very beginning of the Japanese summer. This concentrates more this natural antioxidant. 
A good tea for health, high in catechin.

Cultivar: Yabukita
Can be re-infused: 1 - 2 times
