This shochu is made from barley. Kannoko has an intense and smooth taste and a fragrant aroma. Its amber color comes naturally to it, after an aging process of three years in oak barrels. It is round and well balanced on the palate, the finish reveals slightly spicy sensations. Shochu is eaten "on the rocks", with a slice of lemon, lengthened with soda, water or tea, and is part of the composition of many cocktails.
HOW TO STORE YOUR SHOCHU?
Shochu is a delicate alcoholic drink. It is extremely sensitive to light and heat and should be handled like wine. Place the shochu in a cool, dry, dark location so that its delicate balance is not affected by direct sunlight.
