This whisky, produced by the Miyashita distillery, has been aged in a combination of 3 barrels: sherry (pedro ximénez), brandy and the very rare Mizunara, a Japanese wood. 100% local raw materials were used: 2-row barley grows next to the Miyashita distillery, the water comes from the Asahikawa spring, drawn from 100 meters deep. Storage and tasting at room temperature.
