Sweet and malty miso “moromi-miso” with an aroma of yuzu gosho and subtle spicy accents. Perfect to accompany radishes, cucumbers, cabbage or other raw vegetables, or as an accompaniment to your rice.
Moromi miso is a fermented miso made from barley, soy beans, salt and sake alcohol. Unlike smooth miso, the main characteristic of moromi miso is the presence of barley puree. Moromi miso not only has a deliciously crumbly texture, but it is also very nutritious.
