Dark soy sauce (Koikuchi shoyu) is a soy sauce with a well-balanced taste and aroma. Made from round soybeans and local wheat, it has a mild and mellow taste. Kamada was founded in 1789 in Kagawa Prefecture. To date, the company has a history of more than 230 years.
