Dashi broth made from kelp (sea plant) and kelp root from Hokkaido (Hidaka). Kelp is a rare and nutrient-rich plant. Very high in the water-soluble dietary fibers of alginic acid and fucoidan, kelp delivers plenty of unami and will add plenty of flavor to your dishes.

Kelp extract (Japan), salt, yeast extract, fermented vinegar, kelp root (0.6%), monosodium glutamate, glycine, disodium 5'-ribonucleotide, xanthan gum, water


Use
Konbu soup preparation:
add a teaspoon of broth for 100cc of hot water. Add the sauce to your bowl and then pour hot water. Then add vegetables, fish and meat as desired.
To make a Japanese omelette: 1 teaspoon for 2 eggs.
