This Yakitori sauce with its sweet and rich taste will perfectly season "Yakitori", marinated or salted chicken skewers. It was prepared with soy sauce from Fukuoka prefecture and mirin (a kind of very mild and sweet sake). You can also use it as a marinade for your grills.
