A TRADITIONAL TOKONAME-YAKI
This small pan can also be used for other condiments, it is a traditional Tokoname-yaki made in clay in Japan whose handle is wrapped in wicker for more comfort. After roasting the tea, slide the tea leaves through the hollow handle directly into your teapot.
EASY TO USE AND FUN
Easy to use and fun, this small utensil allows you to toast around 10g of tea, but you can be satisfied with the quantity for a cup, i.e. around 3g. In addition to green tea, oolong teas as well as black teas are also recommended. Take your usual tea and discover a new flavor in surprising ways.
ENJOY YOUR TEAS FOR LONGER TIME
Enjoy the aromas of a freshly roasted tea, you can also give a second life to your teas near the expiration date by roasting them.
Use on embers, heating candle, electric hotplates and glass ceramic possible. Does not work on induction hobs.
