This sauce is made from approximately 25% Kyushu yuzu juice, which is rich in nutrients such as vitamin C and citric acid. You can fully enjoy the fragrant and refined acidity of yuzu. It can be used tataki of beef, bonito, crab or even to dip your vegetables.
Ponzu soy sauce is a traditional Japanese seasoning that combines soy sauce and citrus juice. They are made entirely without additives, preservatives, artificial colors, sweeteners or flavors.
For our ponzu, we have sought the perfect balance between aroma, acidity and flavor. We take a base that balances fresh aroma and fruity acidity using lots of natural citrus juices, and add dashi to it. The dashi and the ponzu present are a combination of sweet and natural flavors that go together wonderfully.
