This Tsuyu broth full of flavors has been prepared with shiitake mushrooms, green onions, Chinese cabbage, burdock roots or even enoki mushrooms. Once diluted with water (2 volumes of water for 1 volume of broth), it can be used as a base for your soups and for your Udon or Soba noodles or to dip your tempuras.
