VEGAN MISO SOUP

Miso soup is a traditional cooking recipe from Japanese cuisine. It is a broth made from miso (fermented soy paste) and dashi (basic broth of Japanese cuisine), to which other ingredients are added (vegetables, tofu, seaweed, meat or seafood). ). INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
1 spoon of Vegan Miso soup (18g), 20ml of kelp dashi broth, 400ml of water, 150g of silken tofu, vegetables of your choice (cabbage, Chinese cabbage, mushroom, carrot, leek, onion, pork, chicken...).
1. Mix 400ml water and 20ml kelp dashi stock in a saucepan.
2. Add vegetables of your choice (cabbage, Chinese cabbage, mushroom, carrot, leek, onion, pork and cook over medium heat until tender.
3. Add the tofu by cutting it into cubes of the desired size.
4. Turn off the heat and dilute 1 tablespoon of vegan miso (18g) in the cooking broth.
5. Taste: if it is too salty, add hot water. If it's not salty enough, add miso or kelp dashi broth.
6. Your vegan miso soup is ready to enjoy!
