Try that American winter drink classic, Eggnog or Lait de poule. Products inspired by its flavor flourish especially around Halloween. You can add a dash of whiskey or rum to warm you up when the cold is coming up.


Recommended tea: CARAMÉLÉ, VANILLA

Ingredients (for 2 people):
Recommended tea - 8g, Boiling water - 200ml, Milk - 100ml, Egg yolk - 1, Sugar - 1 tbsp, Cinnamon powder, Optional: whiskey, Rum


Preperation:

  • In a teapot, steep the tea in the 200ml of boiling water for 3 minutes.
  • Strain the tea into a heat-resistant container. Add the milk, egg yolk and sugar, then stir well with a whisk.
  • Heat everything in the microwave (500w for 1-2min.
  • Optional: Pour into the cups and add your choice of whiskey or rum for an alcoholic version.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy hot.
