An alcoholic tea cocktail embellished with fresh fruit or aromatic herbs. Enjoy a pure moment of exception.

Ingredients (for 3 people):
Recommended tea 400ml, Fresh fruits 150g (lemon, orange, apple, berry, banana etc.), Sugar, Wine or liqueur of your choice, Aromatic herbs (rosemary, etc.), Sparkling water 100 ml, Ice cubes

Preparation :

1. Gently crush the fresh fruit of your choice with a spoon and place in a carafe.
2. Prepare a fairly strong infusion of 400ml of black tea or an infusion of your choice, pour over the crushed fruit and mix lightly.
3. While the preparation is still hot, taste as you add sugar. We suggest you sweeten generously.
4. Optional: Add wine, liqueur, sparkling water or aromatic herbs such as rosemary according to your preferences.
5. Serve very chilled with ice cubes.
