The combination of the sweetness of apple and the freshness of bergamot tea may make this drink your new favorite cocktail.

Ingredients (for 2 people):
Recommended tea 6g, Boiling water 150ml, Apple juice 75ml, Ice cubes (enough to fill the glasses)


Préparation :

  1. Dans une théière, faire infuser les 6 g de thés dans 150 ml d’eau pendant 3 minutes.
  2. Verser le jus de pomme et finir de remplir les verres de glaçons.
  3. Ajouter délicatement le thé préparé précédemment afin de créer deux couches bien distinctes.
