ICED TEA AND SANGRIA

A refreshing and tangy cocktail full of fresh fruit.

Recommended tea: PARADIS TROPICAL, CASSIS & BLUEBERRY


Ingredients (for 2 people):
Recommended tea 6 g, Fresh fruits of your choice (strawberry, apple, orange, etc.), Boiling water 150 ml, Ice cubes 150g, Gum syrup


Preparation :

  1. In a teapot, place some of your favorite fruits and 6g of tea for 150ml of hot water. Leave to infuse for 10 minutes.
  2. Transfer to another carafe using a colander then add ice and mix.
  3. Arrange the remaining fruit in the glasses and pour in the tea prepared previously.
  4. Sweeten with the gum syrup and additional ice cubes if necessary.
