LAYERED COCKTAIL - TEA AND ORANGE

Enjoy the acidity of orange juice paired with the sweetness of tea in this refreshing cocktail.

Recommended tea: PARADIS TROPICAL


Ingredients (for 2 people):
Recommended tea 6g, Boiling Water 150ml, Juice of a fresh orange (about 70ml), Ice cubes (enough to fill the glasses), Gum syrup


Preparation :

  1. In a teapot, steep the 6 g of tea in 150 ml of boiling water for 3 minutes.
  2. Divide the orange juice between the glasses then fill with ice cubes.
  3. Carefully pour in the previously prepared tea until the ice cubes are covered.
  4. If necessary sweeten with the gum syrup.
