TOCHIOTOME
Seasonal Japanese Strawberry Teas
Unlike French strawberries whose season is usually from May to August, the Japanese strawberry variety "Tochiotome" begins in November and ends in May. The most fragrant and juicy strawberries are harvested between January and March. The majority comes from Tochigi Prefecture, around 80% of total production, followed by Ibaraki Prefecture and Chiba Prefecture. Discover this strawberry associated with a black tea from Kenya and a quality green tea from Japan.
