"KOKUMAI" udon noodles have been prepared with wheat flour (87%) and black rice flour (11%), which gives them that pretty natural purple color. Both tender and smooth, with a very pleasant texture, these quality noodles are made with black rice produced in Yamagata prefecture that meets very strict requirements. These noodles are natural, with no added flavorings or colorings. Their color is due to the pigment of black rice.

Preparation tips:
For a 180g sachet, boil 2 liters of water and add the noodles little by little. After cooking, rinse with cold water, drain well and pour into a bowl with the "mentsuyu" soup to make a "kake udon" or "nikomi udon". Recommended cooking time: about 5 minutes
