"Tonkotsu" style ramen noodles made in Fukuoka prefecture (southern Japan) from wheat and organic vegetables. The dough has been prepared by hand according to the "Shimabara Tenobe Somen" method, with natural products, without additives and has a pleasantly elastic texture. Created in 1343 in Shimabaran in Nagasaki prefecture, this manufacturing method is one of the oldest and most popular in Japan. Find at home, the authentic flavors of Kyushu!

Ingredients 
Noodles:
wheat flour, salt, wheat gluten, vegetable oils and fats, alkaline salt water. Tonkotsu soup: rapeseed oil, protein hydrolysates, sea salt, sugar, yeast extract, sesame paste, soy juice, soy sauce, flavored cooking oil, onion powder, roasted garlic powder, paste garlic powder, soy powder, pepper powder, ginger powder, alcohol, modified starch, water

Preparation for 1 person
Boil 1L of water, pour the noodles and stir occasionally for about 2'30 min. Pour the sachet of soup into a bowl, add about 300cc of hot water then the drained noodles. Then add vegetables, egg, marinated ginger to your liking.

For 1-2 people
Ramens are long, thin noodles and are served in a broth made from soy (shoyu ramen) or pork (Tonkotsu ramen). Then, add meat slices to this broth: pork with soy and sake or pork with yakitori sauce, 1 Ajitsuke tamago marinated egg as well as the herbs and vegetables of your choice such as bean sprouts, green onion (spring onion), mushrooms. Shiitake. It can also be accompanied by a sheet of Nori seaweed.

For seasoning, you can use our 7-spice yuzu powder, green yuzu pepper or spicy sesame oil.

The recipe is therefore made up of 3 parts: the preparation of the ramen noodles and their broth, the preparation of the meat, the preparation of the marinated eggs.
