Japanese spinach udon noodles. Komatsuna or spinach mustard (Japanese variety) is a leafy vegetable grown in Japan, in the Kantō region. The komatsuna has existed since 1719 (EDO period). It is rich in vitamin, iron and calcium. The ingredients used to make Japanese spinach udon noodles are all of Japanese origin. The flour comes from Hokkaido and the komatsuna was grown in Saitama.

Preparation for 1 person (100g of noodles)
Boil 1L of water, add the noodles then stir from time to time for about 8 min. To be enjoyed hot or cold with a Tsuyu broth.
