Gyokuro Green Tea Soba Noodles are a tasty blend of buckwheat flour and premium Gyokuro green tea. The Gyokuro green tea used comes from the Kuroki garden, located in the Yame region, on the island of Kyushu in Japan. These soba noodles are made with 1st grade flour and have been carefully kneaded to bring out the best in their flavors. You can enjoy them in any season, cold in summer and hot in winter.

Preparation tips:
For a 100g sachet, boil 1 liter of water and add the noodles little by little. After cooking, rinse with cold water, drain well and pour into a bowl to make a "zaru soba" or "kake soba". Recommended cooking time: about 3 minutes

Wheat flour, buckwheat flour (15.3%), gyokuro (3.2%), salt, modified starch.
Conservation:
Store preferably away from light and heat.
