A soothing and sweet milk tea. Tetari is a Malaysian milk tea prepared by adding condensed milk instead of milk.


Recommended tea: NEIGE BLANCHE


Ingredients (for 1 cup):
Tea leaves: 6g, Boiling water: 170 ml, Condensed milk (to adapt according to your preferences): 25g



Preperation:

1. Heat your teapot, pour in the tea leaves and boiling water and let it steep for 3 minutes.
2. While the tea is brewing, put the condensed milk in another container and pour it into the mixture, holding the container up.
3. Mix everything to dissolve the condensed milk so that it foams.
4. Pour the tea back into the teapot, raising the container, and stir until frothy.
5. Finally pour into a teacup and serve.
