Ingredients (for 2 people):
Tea syrup (final volume of approximately 120ml), Tea of ​​your choice 8g, Sugar 100g, Water 100ml, Sparkling water

Preparation:

1. For the syrup:
   In a saucepan, add the 8g of tea, sugar and water and bring to a simmer. Strain the tea through a strainer into another container and let cool.
   Tip: Store the syrup in the refrigerator and consume quickly.
2. For the cocktail:
