KOKUMAĻ UDON NOODLES COOKING

"KOKUMAI" udon noodles were prepared with wheat flour (87%) and black rice flour (11%), which gives them this pretty natural purple color. They can accompany your Nabe recipe with chicken and various vegetables.
1. Boil 1 liter of water and add 90g of kokumai udon for 1 person, stir moderately and let boil for 3 minutes.
2. When the udon noodles are cooked, place them in a colander and rinse them several times with water to remove the mucus.
3. Having boiled water in advance, quickly reheat the previously washed noodles and drain them in a colander.
