INANIWA YAKIUDON
PREPARATION: 30 MIN. FOR 2 PEOPLE
Yakiudon is a Japanese dish consisting of udon noodles mixed with a soy-based sauce, meat (usually pork) and vegetables. In this recipe, we invite you to easily make a yakudion with our Inaniwa Udon noodles, the manufacturing of which faithfully perpetuates know-how of more than 350 years. During their production, the noodles are cut only with a knife to a certain length while the kneading, maturing, rolling, crushing and stretching are all done by hand.
