An alcohol-free and tea-free version of this great cocktail classic. This festive American drink combining vodka and cranberry has been adapted with one of the most famous flavored teas: Earl Gray. Add a sprig of rosemary and all you have to do is sip your cocktail for an exceptional moment.

Ingredients (for 1 person):
Full-bodied iced tea 100ml, Ice cubes, Tea honey Rose hip / miel 2cac, Cranberry juice 30ml, Lime juice 10ml, A sprig of rosemary, Candied cranberry, Sugar

Preparation :

1. Beforehand, prepare a full-bodied iced tea with 10 grams of tea per 500ml of cold infusion water for 8 to 10 hours.
2. In a glass, arrange the ice cubes then pour in the full-bodied iced tea, Tea Honey Rosehip / honey, lime juice and cranberry juice. Mix well.
3. Finally, roll the sprig of rosemary in the palm of your hand to release the flavors. Prick some candied cranberry on a small skewer.
4. Garnish the glass with the sprig of rosemary and a skewer for an elegant cocktail.
