The refreshing summer cocktail with mint and lime revisited by LUPICIA. With or without alcohol, the choice is yours!

Recommended tea: GRAPEFRUIT GREEN

Ingredients (for 2 people):
Recommended tea 3g, Water 200ml, Sparkling water 100ml, Lime (one half), A few fresh mint leaves, Gum syrup, Ice cubes, Rhum (optional)

Preparation:

1. Beforehand in a decanter, prepare an iced tea by cold infusion using 3g of green tea for 200ml of water.
2. Crumple the mint leaves by hand and add them to a glass with the lime juice.
3. Add the ice cubes, pour in the green tea and sparkling water. Sweeten with the gum syrup according to your preferences.
4. For an alcoholic version, add a dose of rhum.
