Ingredients (for 2 people):
Recommended tea 5g, Spice blend 2g, Egg yolk 1, Milk 80ml, Sugar 10g recommended


Preperation :

  1. Make a spicy, full-bodied tea by infusing the tea and the ginger spice blend in 160ml of boiling water for 5 minutes.
  2. In a microwave-safe container, add the egg yolk, milk, sugar and milk tea.
  3. Mix the preparation well with a whisk, heat in the microwave and pour into a cup.
  4. Enjoy hot
