HOW TO PREPARE YOUR ROOIBOS?
As a hot infusion, with milk, or as iced tea

Water Temperature: Use very hot water, between 85°C and 95°C. Rooibos's structure requires high heat to release its full vanilla richness and the sweet aroma of peach.
Infusion Time: Let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes. One of the great advantages of Rooibos is that it contains virtually no tannins: it never becomes bitter, even if you extend the brewing time for a more intense infusion.
Perfect dosage: Use approximately 2.5g to 3g of the blend (one heaped teaspoon) per 200ml cup.
The "Melba" tip: To recreate the creamy effect of the dessert, enjoy it with a splash of milk or a plant-based milk (almond or oat). This beautifully highlights the cream and vanilla notes.
Iced brew: This blend is wonderful as a cold brew. Place 10g of Rooibos in 1L of chilled water and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours for a fruity, healthy, and naturally refreshing drink.
