Ingredients
Noodles: wheat flour, salt, wheat gluten, edible vegetable oils and fats, alkaline salt water. Soy soup: soy sauce, rapeseed oil, sea salt, sugar, vegetable extract, protein hydrolyzate, flavored cooking oil, sesame paste, spice, bamboo shoot powder, monosodium glutamate, disodium 5'ribonucleotide, cane sugar syrup, flavoring agent, xanthan gum, citric acid, water
Preparation for 1 person
Boil 1L of water, add the noodles and stir from time to time for about 2'30 min. Pour the sachet of soup into a bowl, add 300cc of hot water then the drained noodles. Then add vegetables, egg, marinated ginger to your liking.

For 1-2 people
Ramens are long, thin noodles and are served in a broth made from soy (shoyu ramen) or pork (Tonkotsu ramen). Then, add meat slices to this broth: pork with soy and sake or pork with yakitori sauce, 1 Ajitsuke tamago marinated egg as well as the herbs and vegetables of your choice such as bean sprouts, green onion (spring onion), mushrooms. Shiitake. It can also be accompanied by a sheet of Nori seaweed.
For seasoning, you can use our 7-spice yuzu powder, green yuzu pepper or spicy sesame oil.
The recipe is therefore made up of 3 parts: the preparation of the ramen noodles and their broth, the preparation of the meat, the preparation of the marinated eggs.
