SHOYU RAMEN NOODLES
PREPARATION: 6 MIN. FOR 1 OR 2 PEOPLE
Ramens are long, thin noodles and are served in a broth made from soy (shoyu ramen) or pork (Tonkotsu ramen). Then, add meat slices to this broth: pork with soy and sake or pork with yakitori sauce, 1 Ajitsuke tamago marinated egg as well as the herbs and vegetables of your choice such as bean sprouts, green onion (spring onion), mushrooms. Shiitake. It can also be accompanied by a sheet of Nori seaweed.
For seasoning, you can use our 7-spice yuzu powder, green yuzu pepper or spicy sesame oil.
The recipe is therefore made up of 3 parts: the preparation of the ramen noodles and their broth, the preparation of the meat, the preparation of the marinated eggs.
INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
1 bag of tonkutsu style ramen noodles with soup, water.
Accompaniment: Shiitake mushrooms, Nori seaweed sheets
Seasoning: Spicy sesame oil, 7-spice yuzu powder, yuzu green pepper.
1. Boil 1 liter of water per person and 300 ml of water per person for the soup in another saucepan.
2. Bring to the boil, add the noodles and cook for 2'30 minutes.
3. Pour the soup packet into a bowl. One minute before the noodles are finished cooking, add hot water and mix well.
4. When the noodles are cooked, drain them in a colander.
5. Then add the noodles to the bowl with the previous mixture.
6. Then complete with Yakitori pork or soy and sake pork that you have pre-cut into slices, 1 or 2 Ajitsuke tamago marinated eggs and the herbs and vegetables of your choice such as bean sprouts, onion green (onion), Shiitake mushrooms. It can also be accompanied by a sheet of Nori seaweed. For seasoning, you can use our 7-spice yuzu powder, green yuzu pepper or spicy sesame oil.
