"NANAWARI" soba noodles are the most fragrant of the buckwheat noodles. In these soba, buckwheat is predominant with 70% buckwheat flour used. Nevertheless, these noodles retain a very smooth texture. sweet and deep in the mouth that will delight soba lovers.To be eaten ideally hot with a dashi broth, they can also be eaten cold in a salad.

Preparation tips:
For a 180g sachet, boil 2 liters of water and add the noodles little by little. After cooking, rinse with cold water, drain well and pour into a bowl to make a "zaru soba" or "kake soba". Recommended cooking time: about 3'30min.

Buckwheat flour (70%), wheat flour, salt. May contain traces of fish, soy, sesame.
Conservation:
Store preferably away from light and heat.
