This miso powder (fermented soy) goes perfectly with grilled meats like Yakitori, which will then have a sweet sesame scent. You can also add it, for example, to your salads. Its composition contains 19% salt, you can replace the salt with miso powder to reduce the amount of salt consumed. It is without preservatives or added flavorings, only produced from barley, soya, salt and sesame.
