The winter recommendation for warming up well. It all comes down to preparing a full-bodied tea with a touch of sugar.

Ingredients (for 1 person):
Full-bodied black tea to your taste 80ml, Candy or brown sugar, Whiskey, Frothed milk 30ml

Preperation :

  1. In a preheated cup, generously add the sugar.
  2. Pour in the whiskey until it covers the sugar.
  3. Slowly pour in the full-bodied tea and deposit the milk froth on the surface.
Tip: Prefer a black tea with deep and full-bodied flavors such as CTC or Broken and infuse by adding more tea leaves than during a traditional infusion.
