This popular Hong Kong drink is a blend of coffee, tea and condensed milk. The name "Yuanyang", duck in Mandarin, designates the association between tea and coffee, like ducks always appearing in pairs.

Ingredients (for 2 people):
Recommended tea - 8g, Boiling water - 200ml, Coffee - 40ml, Condensed milk


Preperation:

  1. Infuse the tea in 200ml of boiling water for 3 min.
  2. Add the coffee and mix.
  3. In a cup pour the condensed milk to your liking.
  4. Finish by adding the tea and coffee mixture.
