classé dans : RECIPES

Hot chocolate is paired with black tea and takes you straight to childhood or to the terrace of your favorite café. We are so used to this sweet flavor that we forget that this exotic drink was originally reserved for the aristocracy.

Recommended tea: BREAKFAST EARL GREYHÔJICHA ATAGO

Ingredients (for 2 people):
Simmered milk tea - 8g of tea for 80ml of boiling water and 220ml of milk, Chocolate 60-70% - 50g, Marshmallows

Preperation:

  1. Break the chocolate into small pieces.
  2. Prepare a simmered milk tea. (In a saucepan, boil 80ml of water. Turn off the heat, add 8 grams of black tea leaves and let infuse for 2 to 3 minutes. Pour in 220ml of milk and reignite the heat. Heat just before boiling point and turn off the heat. Filter the milk tea into a teapot.)
  3. Once filtered, add the chocolate to the milk tea and relight over medium heat, stirring to melt the chocolate. Be careful not to boil the preparation.
  4. Finish mixing with a whisk to thicken the preparation and make it shiny.
  5. Decorate with marshmallows and enjoy.
