Sushi vinegar, without additives, made only with brewed vinegar, sugar, salt and kelp dashi. It can be used to season your salads and also to make pickles (sliced and marinated vegetables). Combined with ketchup, it can be used as a sauce for shrimp chili. The Takahashi family inherited the Shobun vinegar recipe, passed down from generation to generation. It has continued to make vinegar for 300 years, and to transmit the manufacturing secrets of their ancestors only to the heirs of the Takahashi family.
