Ingredients (for 1 person):
Recommended tea 3g, Boiling water 60ml, Whipped cream, Caramel sauce 1 tsp, Rum 1 tsp

Preparation :

1. In a teapot, infuse 3g of tea for 60ml of boiling water for a full-bodied tea.
2. In a glass, place 2-3 ice cubes and pour in the tea to cool it.
3. Add the whipped cream and garnish with the caramel syrup. Mix lightly.
