This tea from Kenya has been shaped using the CTC (cutting, tearing, curling) method bringing out the powerful aromas specific to black teas. In the middle of these small brown pearls, we can see both strawberry leaves and pieces of dried fruit. From this blend emerges the best of the scent of this particular strawberry, but not only. It emanates scents also reminiscent of other red fruits, such as cherries. Here we can guess the result of aromatic exchanges between tea leaves and natural fragrances.
In the infusion, notes of wheat and barley complement those of red fruits for a gourmet and malty bouquet reminiscent of a bar of dried fruits and whole grains. A gourmet morning tea also suitable for a convivial afternoon, European tea time style.
