Recommended tea: CHERRY SAKURAMBO GREEN


Ingredients (for 2 people):
Tea leaves: 5g, Hot water: 300ml, Gelatin: 5g, Ice: Appropriate amount, Carbonated water: Appropriate amount, Gum syrup: Appropriate amount, Lemon or mint: if you like



Preperation:

  1. Pour 200 ml of boiling water for 5 g of tea and leave to infuse for 1’30 min.
  2. Pour 100 ml of boiling water for 5 g of gelatin, mix, add the mixture to your infusion and mix well.
  3. Transfer this mixture to a container and let it cool in the refrigerator for about 2 hours so that it gels.
  4. Then mix the resulting jelly with a spoon and crush it into small pieces.
  5. Finally, put the jelly in a glass and add ice.
  6. Slowly pour sparkling water over it, add gum syrup and stir. You can also garnish it with lemon or mint if you like.
