Soleil d'Avignon green tea is an ode to the sun-drenched landscapes of the South of France. This Japanese green tea, selected for its freshness, captures the essence of Avignon and its surrounding region: a harmonious blend of the lush greenery of Provençal gardens and the constant warmth of the sun. A vibrant, spicy, and floral blend that can be enjoyed as an invigorating start to your day or as a refreshing break.

A trio of citrus for absolute freshness

This blend is distinguished by its complex and balanced flavoring, showcasing sun-kissed fruits:

  • The citrus bouquet: Lemon brings its vibrancy, bergamot its floral elegance, and mandarin a touch of sweetness. On the palate, these three notes blend perfectly without ever masking the delicate flavor of the Japanese green tea.
  • A touch of ginger: Dried ginger enhances the blend, adding a subtle warmth reminiscent of the sunniest summer days, while remaining discreet enough to let the citrus notes shine.

  • Hot brew: Infuse spring or filtered water at 75°C-85°C for 1'30 to 2 minutes. The heat enhances the spicy ginger and the aroma of bergamot.
  • Dosage: Use approximately 2,5g to 3g of tea (one heaped teaspoon) per 150ml of water.
  • Multiple infusions: This high-quality tea can be re-infused 1 to 2 times, thus prolonging the enjoyment.
  • Iced version: This is the ideal tea for summer. Its green tea base and lemon zest make it a refreshing and invigorating beverage, best brewed cold for added sweetness.
